Professional Experience & Education
Keji has over 20 years of experience as a seasoned Coach, Strategist, and Human Resource Professional. Her expertise spans across the Consulting, Financial Services, and the Non-Profit Sectors
She holds a degree in Demography and Statistics from Obafemi Awolowo University, and an MSc in Economics from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan.
Keji’s career journey began in 2002 with an Economic Consulting firm, followed by roles in the Strategy Departments of NAL Merchant Bank (now Sterling Bank) and Eco Bank (formerly Oceanic Bank International). She later transitioned to Human Resource Management, serving in various capacities at Sterling Bank. She had notable stints with LEAP Africa as Lead, People and Culture, and Oak Pensions Limited as the Head of Human Resources and Administration.
Certifications & Personal Interests
Keji is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management and holds a Life Coaching Certification from the Olusola Lanre Coaching Academy.
Beyond her professional endeavours, Keji is passionate about education, enjoys teaching, reading, and continuous learning. She also has a deep appreciation for art and music.
